Insomnia is a medical condition that can potentially lead to stress symptoms. It is interesting to note that it can be a result of the stress as well. But it can result from many other factors and when it leads to stress it becomes very serious. In the present times when the pace of life has become faster than ever, it is natural that people have stress in their lives. But they need to learn managing the stress; else they may develop multiple health problems.
There are people who due to this very insomnia condition get whole of their daily schedule disturbed. The problem most commonly starts when they or their friend/spouse get some jobs that don’t match with their biological clocks. Suppose there is one young man who has just completed his studies during which he used to sleep very late in the night and his biological clock has got fixed in this way.
He goes late to bed and rises late in the morning. Now, he seeks a job and finds one demanding him to be present at the office at 9.00 Am sharp. The condition gets worse when he has to live with a room partner in order to save some bucks. And the partner is in an early-hours job at a school. He has to get up at 5.00 Am in order that he may catch his bus at 6.00.
First the job of the person under consideration is in itself a challenge for him. Second, the partner’s job timings are source of disturbance for him. The result is that he is mostly late to his office and is never in a healthy state of mind in the office.
The reasons are evident. He has been used to sleep in the early hours of morning when he never can properly sleep now. He literally doesn’t have a proper sound sleep for days. It makes him irritated and he faces problems meeting the assigned targets at office. Otherwise a jolly guy, he looks in stress and is really in stress.
What can be the solution? The solutions are multiple, but one needs to be strict in order to implement any of these, so he could remain healthy for long. If the guy cannot leave the job and even cannot get a separate room, he may try to take a strict schedule for one to two weeks.
This will include performing actively in the morning hours regularly despite all the stress. This can be complemented with some physical exercises so he is exhausted by the evening to have a sound sleep before his partner is awake in the early morning.









While it is true that exercise can help you lose a lot of weight, it is also a fact that you need to go through a lot of hassle. Also, when you think of those people who come with tons of fats, it is just not a good option to do exercise in the gym. That’s when it becomes impossible for these folks to lose weight. But, do you really think you can not
