I still wonder how I used to coordinate event processes manually and I remember those are the days when I was never happy at all. I kept asking myself what it is that I would do better so that I never had to go through the stress of the manual coordination of events and processes in the many spreadsheets.

You can guess that I no longer have the same feeling. I am not worried about what I should do but how to use my ever increasing revenues. I only wonder why I never knew about USI back then but I want to regret not. It has really been a blessing to me that I made the discovery.

I do online registration in the sense that I no longer have to enter and re-enter the same data.

The conference management software has also helped me customize the badges of the conference attendees. The registration system allows for direct pulling of attendees names and event information. It is also possible to include photos of the attendees, to personalize the agenda and also to add barcodes.

The software has given me the kind of flexibility that I love. I am able to manage maximums and waitlists effectively. I am also able to keep the attendees of conference informed through session descriptions.

The software has also enabled me stress less when I need attendee demographics and event histories. Finally, the software also has the function of event copying and templates which I must admit has been very handy for recurring events.
